I bought Fastin in order to help with my desired weight loss goals. Prior to trying out this product, I had also tried Xenedrine and Hoodia, which were both ineffective for me.
I am quite happy to say that I have finally found a weight loss product that worked, however there were undesirable side effects throughout the process.
I have been using Fastin for 3 weeks, and have already lost 11 lbs; to give you some perspective, I am 5'4" and weighed 135 when I started. The first 1.5 weeks, I worked out quite minimally: 2-3 workouts per week of 20-30 minute low-high cardio (bicycle; dance workout video). I estimate my weight loss then was about 4 lbs. This past 1.5 week I have been much more committed to exercise: at least 3 workouts per week of 1 hour cardio + 30 minutes weight training/ crunches, etc. Of course, Fastin was more effective in helping me lose weight this past week and a half, where I lost about 7 lbs.
So so far sounds good. What's the catch? Fastin has some undesirable side effects, which for me have been:
-difficulty sleeping
-drowsiness/ fatigue in early morning
-spurratic restlessness
-irritability
To help ease the side effects, I try to take Fastin before I eat, before workouts, and no later than 6pm.
All in all, I am really happy with the weight loss is has helped me achieve. The side effects can be horrible (and were pretty treacherous for me), however the goal was well worth it. I am going take half the recommended dosage after 4 weeks, and then eventually discontinue taking it after 8 weeks.
