Not the worst

This product works great after a hard workout. It gives me energy and i felt like it helped with muscle growth. I thought the taste was just okay. You do taste the supplements and it does not taster like ice cream. Most of these shakes have the same aftertaste. Also, when I made as instrusted, I foudn it wa s alot of liquid. I foud it very hard to finish one serving.
