I hated this product. It made me so jitterly that i couldn't write. I didn't see any difference in my weight either.

I had a very odd experience with this product. I used it for 3 months and it worked well. I lost about 12 pounds. Then I stopped taking it for about 6 months because of surgery. When I started back up, on the very first day about an hour after swallowing the first 2 capsules, I threw them up and suffered with violent vomitting and diarrhea for the next 24 hours. I wondered if it had been the slimquick, but did not quite believe it was. So a whole year went by and I decided to try slim quick again. Once more, an hour after I had swallowed the first 2 capsules, I threw them up and once again suffered with violent vomitting and diarrhea. I am sure it was not a coincidence. Some how I developed and intolerance to the ingredients in this product and am now VERY wary about any diet product containing anything close to the same ingredients to slim quick.

Most people don't think it works but it does. You just have to exercise and you need to eat well.
