After hearing the rave reviews regarding Hoodia, I have tried out a number of hoodia products. I did have a lot less food cravings after taking this then when compared to nothing at all. As far as side effects, there were none. And the capsules make this a breeze to take.

Being a light-weight, I didn't take Hoodia to lose weight, however I did want it to suppress my appetite. I work long hours and often get hungry in the office. I'm not allowed to eat until break and often times I need a snack. So I tried Hoodia as a means to finish my workday without making too bad of an impression on my boss. However, sometimes taking two capsules just doesn't fulfill me. I still feel a little hungry before my break, though I notice that I'm not as hungry as when I'm without it. However, the pros are that it really is a natural mood enhancer and it doesn't increase my heart rate like green tea would. So all in all, if you're going to take Hoodia to curb your appetite, so that you don't eat as much, it might not be the thing for you because this product doesn't last too long. Howerver, it does have other benefits and if you've never had Hoodia and don't know how it would affect you, then maybe you should try it, because it made me happier, just not fuller.
