Compared to other fat blockers, Cheat Meals indeed thwarted the processing fat. I was quite surprised by its efficaciousness because I was really able to CHEAT my favorite meals. During the first week, I remained at my weight and did not gain a single pound. All in all, I think this product proved to be worthy and is an excellent fat hinderer.
