Works well

My wife used this product to help lose some post-pregnancy weight and found it to be very useful. Swansons is a great product to start with since it is relatively cheap. Since it suppresses your appetite, you need to make sure that what you do eat is healthy (don't start with the dessert) and that you are exercising as well. Once you build up your metabolism, you can probably lose the Hoodia since you will need the extra food intake.
Good results

This is not a miracle pill. But if you take it combined with a good diet and exercise, it does make a difference. You will feel full faster, and eat less. Just remember, you have to change your habits for any pill to work. But it's certainly nice when you can have a little extra help.

I was delighted with the fact that this really worked well. I was able to lose a couple of pounds within the first week that I was on this. I am still using it and it is still effective which is nice because I find that I often become accustomed to diet drugs and they no longer work. With this, every time I take a pill it still tricks my brain into thinking that I am full much quicker then I otherwise would be. I no longer feel the need to eat everything or finish everything and I'm very pleased with the results.

This stuff really works. I ordered it because it was on sale, but when I used it I was amazed by how it works. I take 2 pills about 30-45 min. before meal time, and WOW, fix your plate and start to eat. You will be as amazed as I was: you can't finish your plate. It's like your brain tells you that you are full before you finish eating. I take it with me everywhere I go.

Once again, Swanson comes to the rescue! To take the amount of Hoodia necessary for some people to see the same results as the natives who used to chew it, it can get very pricey. Swanson makes it affordable. We bought four bottles on our last order and spent virtually the same as we would have for a bottle of the designer hoodia at Sams' Club! The product is effective, safe, non-habit forming and has no side effects. Who could want anything more out of a supplement?
