Ultimate Carb Control C-120X effectively blocks amylase, the enzyme that is necessary to break down carbohydrates. Therefore, when one tablet of C-120X is taken with a meal, up to 75 grams of carbohydrates will remain undigested and pass through the GI tract much like fiber. You will still feel full, but because the carbohydrates are not digested and absorbed, you avoid the problems normally associated with a high carbohydrate meal.
OK but some side effects

I do agree with Sandy, I too have experienced the same effects. Going to the rest room 2-3 times a day. So it looks more like a laxative than a weight loss pill. Still taking it though because at least I don't have the fullness and bloating I usually have after eating a meal. So, I will continue for a while and see what its other effects are.

I love carbs so I thought this product would help curb the extra pounds if I tried to eat the carbs and took this supplement. However, it was not what I thought. I had to go straight to the bathroom afterwards and I did not notice any additional weight loss or help with ridding my body of carbs. I suggest just sticking with a low carb diet and save your money.
