Not so goodby Eric Forbes
This product does not do what is says. It does not lose weight at all. I have used this product myself over the whole 2006 summer and I stayed the same weight. I wanted to use a high quality product so I could be seen without a shirt. This product will not do that. I will not recommend this product to anyone!

with any supplements you have to be on a working out schedule to get the results you want , can just take the supplement and expect to lose much weight. so if you wanna lose multiple pounds workout with the supplements.
