I followed the directions about taking with diet & exercise...I took this as a supplement to Dr. Ian Extreme Fat Smash (EFS), along with other normal vitamins. The EFS suggest participants would lose 3 -4 lbs per week, if they follow the program. However, while taking Healthy Weight Formula and following the menu and exercise from EFS, I lost 7lbs per week for 2 weeks...when I deviated from the EFS plan I would only lose 3 lbs. So I agree, if you take this and follow a firm regiment, it can work for you. When my supply gets low, I will replenish.

I have completed 2.5 bottles of this product and not experienced the benefit of weight loss, possibly weight maintenance results, as I have gained no additional weight. I have not experienced additional energy benefits from this product. There may be healthful benefits not related to weight that are to be determined, however, I do not plan on purchasing this nutritional supplement in the future. Further, this product does not stop my cravings for, say, chocolate or sweets.

I think this is the way I want to do weight loss. This product contains a fat blocker, appetite suppresant, and energy boost, but none of the three in unsafe levels. I spoke to them at lenght on the phone and they kept saying it would not work by itself, but needed to complement exercise and diet changes. I have made some adjustments, and this product has helped me lose weight.
