I was taking this for about 4 months. At first you get the oil you need to be careful about, it goes away after about a month. It is recommended women should stay under 12 grams of fat and men 15 per meal. This was very hard to do. I wasn't seeing results but stopped taking it about a month ago, and I am gaining weight so fast after stopping this.

I ordered this product and tried it for 3 months. At times I felt like I was just going to use the bathroom on myself. It helped me lose a lot of weight with diet and exercise. I just didn't like the fact that I had to go 4 or more times a day.

Alli really works just be careful on what you eat!!! It could have embarresing side effects if you don't control your fat intake.

I absolutely love my ali. Although it does have some embarrassing side affects if you eat too much fat, I love that I can actually see that it works. I have lost 10 pounds in the last month and i have started eating better. Thanks alli
