This is a very nice weight loss product, I was able to drop 6 pounds easily in the first week that I used it. Also is had a very pleasant taste to it, which in my opinion, you do not find often in weight loss products.

I had a friend who lost about 35 lbs on this regimen and convinced me to use it to drop 20 unwanted lbs. It was easy to stay on for a couple of weeks and worked great. I lost 7.5 lbs week one, and another 6 lbs. by the end of the second week. Still on it as of this post.

I believe this kit would be effective due to the high protein content in many of the included products. Protein helps burn fat, speed up metabolism, and build toned muscle- therefore, I would recommend trying this product!
