This product defenetly works! Unfortunatly it is not for everyone. Many people in my family have tried it and do you really lose weight for some it affect their health by not eating enough and just having to drink shakes.

I tried this product because I was very close to my goal weight and needed something to help me complete my weight loss journey; it was not the best. It did not taste very good at all and it was not worth the money paid for the program. Easy to follow, but not easy to stay on.

Although a bit pricey I have bought the ShapeWorks Ultimate by herbalife. I was sick of boring pills and having to drink the same old liquids. With this kit I couldn't believe how many tastes and textures were in it. Always a low calorie, high protein selection for my mood.
The beverage mixes tasted terrific and were probably my favorite of the offerings. I noticed that the multivitamins had a high mg of most of the daily requirements . I have had to stop using this product due to I must not lose weight right now due to a serious illness. But when I am back to normal I will hurry to buy another kit.
