I have tried this once. I lost about 10 pounds by the time I was done with the box. It is a little pricey, but it is well worth the money. Don't forget that you will not achieve anything without good exercise.

This is a product that I would NOT purchase again. I did not like making shakes and I think that it targeted water loss not fat loss; In a good diet, you must target fat. I lost interest in this product very quickly. I did not care for the taste.

This is a very good product, if you like the powder shakes and that sort of thing. I am not too fond of it, but that is just me. I took this for a while did lose some weight, but just having to drink this everyday got a little drab, I would rather take a pill. This will work for you if you are committed and will stay on it for a period of time, and want to replace a meal with something.

Attain is the only weight loss program that worked for me. I have tried many but this one seems to be the best. I like the fact that there is a variety of foods, shakes, and snacks to choose from. If I would say what was my best food on Attain it would be the chocolate ones. The $100.00 is worth it to me. I would've never spent the money if I didn't think it was worth the money. I would recommend Attain to everyone!

I tried this and was really happy with the results. I liked the fact that there was a variety of foods, snacks and shakes to choose from. They all tasted pretty good, I loved all of the chocolate ones!
