This is the first product that I've ever been able to take that does not make my heart race. I have tried so many weight loss supplements and this product wins...hands down! Not only have I lost a few pounds after 2 weeks, I felt much better and had more energy without the jitters. I will definitely keep taking it.

It really does work but while you are taking it you could feel your heart rate racing all day. It seems like it just gets your body to pump blood for no reason. Just seemed a little too scary for me.

Pretty Good

This is a combination of several products. There are several pills to take at specified times of day, i.e. morning, noon, and night. There were several packets that I missed or didn't get to finish. Even with missing those packets, I did feel better and lost about 5 pounds, which I think was from my system cleaning out and a reduced appetite. If I could afford to do this program again, I would stick to it exactly as it says.
