My Mom says that the Femtrol vitamin capsules by Enzymatic Therapy really do work. She says that she feels calmer and healthier everyday. She has energy and never gets drowsy. It works for her. She recommends highly. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit big for her to shallow. She says that if they are taken with a meal they are easy to get down.
