I started using this about 2 months ago. My husband makes sure i take these at night. this product helps with my mood swings, which my husband appreciates.I recommend this product because i get real bad night sweats,and this really helps me with that. I also, feel a difference in my mood swings in the day too.It seems to be a picker upper for me. It helps me get on with my day, and my nights are much better, because of this marvelous product. It is a great supplement for women, who are experiencing some symptoms of age.When my bottle gets close to running low, my husband can not get in his car fast enough to get to the store to pick me up more. haha. Ladies you will feel much better about yourselves, and around others.
