I have been taking this product for a month now. I bought it after trying to find other natural alternatives to hormone therapy and since it had a free trial, I felt that I had nothing to lose. After a few days I started noticing a difference. The longer I took it the better I felt. My insomnia has definitely improved and I have less night sweats and hot flashes. My deliveries are automated so I don't have to worry about forgetting to order, which is really nice, kind of like QVC.
