I have tried a lot of different products to try and combat my terrible hot flushes (having them every 20/30 minutes for 24 hours a day!).whilst some helped a little nothing compares to hot flash freedom.It has completely eliminated the hot sweats.I may experience some heating up, but no more than once or twice a day and there is no sweating involved or no red face and neck.I am a Yoga Teacher and I can now hold my classes again without the fear of hot flashes.I AM LIKE A NEW WOMAN!
