Was on hormone replacement for 6 yrs deciding to go off. Had horendous night sweats and of course no sleep. Tried Promensil and got immediate relief within 36 hrs on 30 mg tabs. I love this product and have recommended it to several other ladies in my age group, including the pharm assistant who had been thinking about trying it but was unsure. Wish I had tried it sooner.
