I have only been using Meno Ease six days now and I am amazed at the results. I have not had a single hot flash since the first day that I used it. One of my co-workers recommended it. She told me that her sister uses it and that it really seems to help. I asked her to find out the name of the product and the very next day she not only gave me the name of it, her sister had sent me a sampling of it. I have noticed that I have been a bit more moody, but the other symptoms I have been experiencing have improved tremendously. I am looking for information on the side effects, but at this point - I am sold!

Not Great

When I first started going into menopause I used this product. I have shopped with Puritans Pride for many years. I liked that this was a non-hormonal product. However when I used this, I only felt a bit less stressed, the hot flashes and night sweats were not alleviated one bit, after 3 weeks of using this as directed. I do not think I would ever buy this again because I have found relief with other products.
