This really helped my symptoms. My doctor didn't really encourage me with supplements.So I had to look on my own and found this. I have fewer mood swings and hotflashes are almost gone now. Since you have to go through this try this product it helped me a lot.

This product may work for many women, but those with any eye problems should avoid it. I have a viral infection in one eye and after using the Black Cohosh, I started to get twitching and problems with my sight in that eye. Be careful if you have any eye "diseases".
