i was told about these after arriving at work feeling exhausted after another night with little sleep. within 3 weeks i was sleeping well and no longer had flushes during the day! at my workplace there are now 4 of us taking them and we've all seen excellent results.

I was recommended to try these, but they just made everything worse, I just felt bad every time I took one, so I gave them away. Nothing has worked for me I just sweat 24 hours a day, it's awful.
