A pure relief

I was sufferung from PMS. I had to take off from my job because of PMS. The bloating, hot flashes and irritability was affecting my daily life in those days. Then I took this homeopatic supplement and now I do not have to take off from my job because of PMS. I stay happy all the time.

It was great! It lasted all day and you can't even taste the drops in a cup of juice. I expected some side effects,since it is natural, but there were none. It really made me feel better.
Easy to take, good relief

I was looking for a menstrual supplement that satisfied two criteria:
1) It needed to be non-pill form.
2) I wanted it to be a homeopathic supplement.
I came across PMS by Nature's Sunshine and decided to do it on a trial basis. It was in an easy to use liquid form, just requiring adding a few drops to your favorite beverage. This is great for me because I have a hard time swallowing pills because of a sensitive gag reflex. Secondly, it was a completely natural homeopathic remedy that seemed to do the trick. I felt it was most effectively decreasing the amount of bloating and my cravings for the week I used it during my period.
It is not the strongest relief, but it is easy to use and semi-effective. I give it a 4 out of 5.

This is a great product! I didn't like the taste of it in water, but added it to juice, and it was fine. It relieved my bloating, pre-menstrual cramps, and mood swings. I noticed a big change by the second month of use. My husband loved the change in me too!
Natural easy way to help pms symptoms

A few drops added to a glass of water or a glass of juice is an easy, natural way to chase away those PMS blues. It helped ease the bloating and icky feeling I have at that time of the month. Made me feel much more human and not so irriatable.
