I started taking this supplement around a year ago, after the birth of my first child. For whatever reason, I started suffering from major side effects of PMS every month after I gave birth. I'd never been like that before. I was looking for a natural supplement to take, as I did not want to rely on a prescription medication. My doctor recommended this product. It was hard to find and I ended up having to order it from a health food specialty shop online. However, once I've started taking this product, I've never stopped. I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for an alternative to a prescription medication or to someone who wants to take an all natural product.

I have always suffered from PMS and in recent years it has seemed to get worse. I have been to the ob/gyn and the medicine they gave me made me tired and sluggish. I tried this product being very careful not to expect too much. I was very surprised at the results. It helps tremendously and I have been on it for several months.

I am one of the lucky ones to end up in bed each month, suffering from horrendous cramps, bloating, backache and nausea. I tried everything with little to no relief. Then I read about this Oona, and thought I'd give it a try. It's a little more expensive than I would like, but this stuff truly works miracles. I took the maximum dosage recommended, and I felt wonderful after just a few days. The pack only lasted me for a month, though. I had no cramps at all, and I felt fabulous. Because of the high cost, however, I looked for other products with the same ingredients that didn't cost as much as Oona. I'm really happy I discovered this product because it really has changed my life.
Oöna PMS1

I used to have horrible PMS with ALL the symptoms bloating, cramps, breast tenderness, irritability, swelling, and insomnia. Then one of my friends told me about Oöna PMS1. This stuff has worked wonders for me! It did take about 2 cycles for me to really start getting the full effects , but it is worth the wait. I used to just take ibuprofen which isn't very gentle to my stomach and didn't work even 1/2 as good as this. Plus, I would have to take ibuprofen several times a day, and with Oöna PMS1 I just take one tablet every morning. It couldn't be any easier. Oöna PMS1 has given me back one week of every month of my life, which my PMS used to steal. This is great stuff. I also use Oöna PMS2 which is for cramps. You use them together, you just take Oöna PMS2 when your cramps are bad during your period. You don't take it everyday like you do with Oöna PMS1 .
