Way to go for Strong bones !by mamma_nee
My doctor advised me to start taking Calcium Citrate w/D formula about a yr ago . I had had knee surgery on one of my knees and putting all my weight on my other. I was having a lot of pain on my other knee from the added weight it was carrying. It helped me feel better after using it for about a month but I still take it each and every day. My last check up he said my bones were as healthy as a 20 yr old !! ( I am 45 !)
