I have osteopenia, and am taking this product daily. It is palatable and does not have any side effects. We'll see!!Good for your bones
My grandma is a small 5 foot woman with a small frame. She used to take calcium supplements, but they didn't really work because they didn't have vitamin D. So, her doctor told her to find a brand that is easy to take and has vitamin D. She's been taking this brand for 2 years, and she hasn't had any bone problems since. Her doctor also said it's important to also know that only 200-300mg of calcium is absorbed each time you take a supplement. So, you should try and space out your calcium supplements to 3 small doses a day instead of one big dose (ex. 1000mg at one time).recommended!
