Preventing osteoporosis

As a middle age woman, I have started a vitamin regime which includes Fast Cal 500. I know that as I grow older my need for calcium increases because women lose bone density and this can lead to osteoporosis. I don't know if this product is working as I have been using it for about 3 months, but I will give it time to see the results.
