Great Bone Formula

This Bone Formula is great. It gives you the right amount of Calcium and Vitamin D that you are suppose to have. My grandmother takes this and she says it works great. She used to have a fracture every year and ever since she started taking the Bone Formula she hasn't had one. She says it's the formula that makes her stay healthy.

I used to work at Pharmanex corporate and this product came out when I was still working there. I do have a testimony of this product that it works. I am sure it will depend on who takes the product, but this product has great blend of vitamins. Not overly done with calcium, it provides 500mg, unlike 1000 mg that you get from supermarket counters. You know, your body can only handle and absorb certain amount of nutrition, and it will just go down the digestive system. My son took this when he broke his bone in 3 places in BMX accident. Though his recovery was tough, we were able to go with out a surgery. Great combination of nutrients.

pretty expensive

Bone health is my number one priority when it comes to supplements so I decided to try this one since I had heard good things about Pharmanex. I was surprised that the dosage is 4 capsules per day, which means that a bottle will only last about a month. Paying a dollar a day for calcium and vitamin D is pretty expensive. There are many other bone health formulas out there with equivalent dosage and a much lower price tag.
