I love the product

Mood swings are one thing, but I rate the product as being very good.. My hot flashes have dropped down quite a bit. I tried not taking it for 1.5 weeks and I suffered greatly and I will not ever do it again. Might I suggest a calming tea or St. Johns Wart. It has changed my life completely.


Not what it's cracked up to be

This product basicly is useless. It was 30 dollars thrown down the drain for me. It did nothing to help my mood swings, and just made me more angry paying that much for something that didn't even work. Do your research people before you buy anything.
