Mother's Milk Tea

I have used Mother's Milk Tea by Traditinal Medicinals while nursing each of my six children. It contains milk thistle which not only boosts milk production, but also helps to detox the liver. I love this tea and feel it made a huge impact on my milk production. It not oly boosted my milk supply, but also helps me to relax as well. When I first have a baby, I drink several cups a day. I am currently nursing my 6 month old and try to drink at least three glasses a day. It does taka while to steep which is a minor inconvenience. However, I recommend Mother's Milk Tea for any breastfeeding mother wh's milk supply needs a little boost.

I tried Mothe'rs Milk at the suggestion of some NICU nurses when I was pumping without much luck while my son was still in the hospital. The tea was pleasant tasting and seemed to help my milk production slightly, although it's hard to know if that was the tea or placebo effect. Still, worth a try!
