Uses of Harmony

I have used Harmony for amost 20 years now and I am a person who HIGHLY recommends using it. You just can't try it lightly. It is a sink or swim kind of deal. The taste isn't what I would call the best, but aft6er you have been using it for awhile you seem to gain a tsate for it. I use to be a Postal Letter carrier in upstate New York, who drank tea to keep awake. However after I got on the Awareness Products and especially with Harmony, I drop the tea and just drank Harmony. I was consuming about 6 oz./ day, but felt SOOOOOOOOOOO much better doing it. I still in retirement consume about 4 oz./day. I have to admit though that I did have a year and half of getting use to retirement. It was quite a change, but in the end, for the better. I really enjoying my family and my Grandsons. We use ALL of the products except the Pure Trim ones. Phil

Although the makers of the Harmony PMS Body Balancing Liquid claim for it to improve a woman's mind and body, I feel as if the liquid was not effective. It did not taste good and left a horrible aftertaste. I highly do not recommend buying this product.
