I cannot live without this product! It has helped me gain relief to what I though was hopeless PMS. Headaches, backaches, CRAMPS, bloating, irritability, even my rash mood swings are calmed by this product. It is different than the other PMS products available and no caffeine to make you jittery. I think it is priceless...but yet it is pretty cheap to buy :-)

I have been using this product since last year when I found it on my own...WORKS so much better then the other brands out there......I get really bad cramps and bloating and this product takes mine away withen a few mins.....I will continue to use this product as long as it still works for me......

To me, this product was not effective. This product did not help me with pain at all. I did notice that it helped with bloating, however. A friend of mine gave these to me and recommended them. Apparently, they work really well for her, so maybe it's just me. I do have very intense cramping. I will stick to Aleve for my worst cramps. However, for bloating and irritability only, I would give this another try!

I have used this product because my friend told me about it. The pain from my cramps lessened, my headache vanished, and it somewhat got rid of my bloating. For the most part it got rid of my bad back ache that I get every time my period began to show up. It works a lot longer then every other product then I have tried in the past.

I have tried so many PMS remedies through the years...some have worked and others have been a big disappointment. If there is a new product out there to help with this "undelightful" time of month I am willing to try it. My friend told me about this product and when I went to the store I decided I would give it a try. I figured if it didn't work the cost was reasonable and it would not be that big of a deal. I have to say I was impressed with this product. It helped with my bloating, my backache, and my cramps. I think this product is great if you have mild or moderate PMS. You may need something a little stronger if you suffer from severe PMS. I also like the fact that this product did not make me feel jittery like Midol and Pamprin seem to do. It eased my PMS symptoms and is a staple in my medicine cabinet. I would recommend Premsyn PMS to anyone who suffers from PMS. Reasonable price...and wonderful outcome! I know my friends and I are all grateful for it! A++++
