Tang Kuei Plus

I suggested to my partner to try Tang Kuei recently, she suffer stomach pains and some bloating during her period. She also had problems unwinding and relaxing at night time, since taking the Tang Kuei for a week... she has has relief of the stomach symptoms and also sleeping better at night ! you need a balanced diet for a start, this is not a "Magic" vitamin but for US it has worked.....

I tried Tang Kuei Plus after a co-worker introducted me to it. I thought it would be a good idea to try some herbal medicine since there are no side effects like with western medicine. However, I find it to be lack of affect to my PMS or not working at all. I find the Tang Kuei Plus to be equal to a sugar pill.


Maybe a Placebo Affect? I Don't Think Any Real One...

I have nothing against herbal and other homeopathic remedies. Neither do I have anything against using chamomile to help soothe the system (I totally recommend chamomile tea to help you fall asleep - I always feel deeply relaxed after having my chamomile tea). I started taking Tang Kuei Plus a full week and a half before I expected my period (my period is very regular) and did not experience any change in my regular symptoms (bloating, irritability, etc). I also did not experience any changes in my menstrual symptoms (extreme abdominal cramping, fatigue, etc).
