Interesting product...

I've always had terrible PMS... cramps, bloating, headaches, dizziness -- you name it, and I've suffered it. On a scale on 1 to 10, I'd say my cycle always borders on a 9/10.

A friend of mine suggested I try this because it helped her with her "light" PMS. Having literally tried everything out there, I gave it a shot.

The soft tones and overly-positive messages just irritated me. When it feels like there's a knife slicing through your insides and your head's pounding, it's hard to concentrate on all the happy thoughts they suggest. As the minutes went on, I just became more and more irritable. I finally had to give up and go to bed.

I tried using the CDs again towards the end of my cycle and I was a little more satisfied with them. I found myself a little more relaxed and I didn't think of the pain as much. There were actually a couple of times that I found myself giggling at how corny some of the things they were saying were -- I don't think this was the manufacturer's plan, but it happened and made me feel a little nicer!!

In ending, I think if you suffer from bad bouts of PMS, as I do, then this probably isn't what you are looking for. On the other hand, if you try it when the symptoms are at a minimal, and want to avoid the painkillers, I would definitely recommend you give it a try.
