My first time trying this product purchased in Whole Foods. I took the recommended dosage of no more than 15 per day. I had to since I bleed profusely due to fibroid growth. Yes the first 2 days were heavy as usual, but by the middle of the 3rd day, bam, it slowed down to a crawl, my double strength tampons were replaced with regular for the remainder of the week. I will continue buying and telling others, Do you have any coupons?
