I think this product helps me through my cycle and it is also my multivitamin. So, it is killing two birds with one stone. That makes the price quite attractive.

I was tired of all the over the counter medicines that contained ibuprofen and Tylenol so I thought I would take the more natural route. I ran right back out to the drug store and went back to the regular PMS medicine. This product did nothing to help with any of my PMS symptoms and I noticed no difference. I took it for 2 cycles before calling it quits.
