I read in Babytalk magazine that taking a DHA/ARA supplemental helps promote brain and eye development for your baby. I took these in addition to my prenatal vitamin. I found they were very easy on my stomach and actually, my son hit the milestones a little earlier than most. I would recommend taking this supplements and help give your baby a good start.
