All the nutrients you and your baby needs!

I've used this product during my pregnancy and continued using it afterwords during my nursing period. I chose this particular prenatal vitamin because it seemed to include all the extra nutrients needed for my baby. The actual pills are a bit big and I had trouble swallowing them when I was sick and my throat was swollen. I found that they offered the exact same bottle in a liquid format, so I could switch back and forth when necessary and continue to take my Ultra prenatals!
