Improved my health

I took this product throughout my pregnancy with my second child and it was far superior to the prescription vitamins I took with my first pregnancy! I could really tell I was absorbing the nutrients much better than with other products. I wasn't as tired and the morning sickness was greatly improved. I highly recommend Rainbow Light products in general.

This is the vitamin that I took for most of the time when I was pregnant with both of my children. It was very easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. This vitamin had the proper blend of minerals and nutrients that a developing baby needs. I continued taking this vitamin the entire time that I was breastfeeding, also. I highly recommend all mothers-to-be take a good Prenatal Multi-vitamin every day to prevent possible problems or birth defects.

Prenatal One Multivitamin is an excellent choice for expectant mothers because they provide all of the nutrients a mother and developing baby needs. They also are very gentle on the stomach and are very easy to swallow.


Its really awesome

It is a great product. I used it during my pregnancy. It has fresh ginger juice in it, which is good for nausea during pregnancy. It contains folic acid, which is good for the mother and baby.
