I like using the Rainbow Light family of products, but this one in particular was not for me. During both of my pregnancies it was hard for me to take supplements at all without becoming queasy and this one requires you to take multiple pills. I preferred to take the one dose prenatal for this reason alone.

This was my choice for prenatal vitamins. Rainbow Light is a top company and I trust them over some other brands. I actually took them long after delivering because I found that I was iron deficient for as long as a year afterwards, and these provide plenty of iron. Getting the nutritional boost from these supplements helped with the pica cravings that can result during pregnancy --wanting to eat dirt, paste, etc.
