I tried it and loved that I got a deep sleep from it when used at night. However, I developed an arm pit rash that seemed to be a result of this cream.

After rash cleared up, I tried it again, and my armpits got itchy. I tried emailing "AskDr.Helen" and never got a response. Her site should be called "Don'tAsk"

If only this product lived up to its advertisement. I suffer terribly from PMS and am always on the lookout for new products to help. This is not one of them. It did nothing to help with anxiety or swollen sore breasts or anything related to the PMS. I would not recommend and I am going back to the old standards. This product is not for me.
