good idea, but...

My mother says that the cream is more of a hassle than she was willing to put up with. While she says that she had fine results, it was not worth the effort of applying the cream and has switched back to a capsule.
Hot Flash Relief

I started having menopausal symptoms 2 1/2 years ago. I read about progesterone creams online. Emerita has a reputation for being one of the best brands. By that I mean that they have strict controls as to the actual concentration of the progesterone. Not all of these creams are as strict as Emerita. I am happy to say that after about 6 weeks use, my hot flashes and night sweats were decreased to the point where I was able to get on with my life. I gave this 4 stars only because it is expensive.
I didn't notice any difference

Maybe I didn't use it long enough, but I didn't notice any difference in my menopausal symptoms. I did like the fact that it's a cream and not another pill. I gave it a 2.5 because of ease of use and also price is quite good. Perhaps if I'd stuck with it longer, it might have worked.
