It Worked For Me

I was sorry that this product did not work for the other reviewers, because it definitely helped me sleep. I fell asleep faster and slept deeper using this product. I also like it because I do use the regular Remifemin tablets, so when I use the PM formulas, it cuts down on the amount of the regular tablets I have to take. I have used remifemin for almost 2 years, and the PM formula 3 times when I could afford it. I also got a weeks sample of the PM formula online.

This is good if you really like the all natural products. I like it, but it says to take 1, and 1 didn't do the trick, so I took 2, and it helped relax me enough to go to sleep. I think it's good for hot flashes and helps with nervousness. I like it, and I have told people about it. They seemed interested enough to try it. I will buy it again because I really think that I take way too many Tylenol and such. This product pretty much does what it says, and I give it a fairly good review. The price is right too.
Forget It!!

As with other natural sleeping aids, here is another useless product. Perhaps I just require the power of the stronger but unnatural prescription formulas. This isn't the first natural remedy I've tried and like the others it was completely benign.
I couldn't say I felt anything at all, and obtain much better results with the old warm milk remedy.
It gives you anxiety attacks instead - Not worth it...

This product is really useless... I can only speak for myself, but I do get sleeplessness issues every now and then and I have tried taking this twice and for me the results were awful. Both times I had what I can only describe as anxiety attacks... I was up all night! It was very strange and this may only be something that happened to me. I take a lot of supplements and have never had an adverse reaction to any of them, but this really caused me some trouble. Needless to say, I felt like a zombie all day the next day. I did better with other brands. Not at all recommended - not worth your money.
