I went to the doctor last year and he told me I should take a Multi Vitamin daily. He didn't say a specific kind or anything. Womens exclusive formula has all the vitamins that I need in my body a day. These vitamins are easy to swallow and are odorless. I will continue to take these daily as long as I live. I highly recommend these to every women out there that should have vitamins daily.
