I like the Vitabase brand and like this product. I use it for preventative purposes and my periods have been much less stressful since starting.

Black Cohosh Extract Plus has definitely been a godsend. Since my doctor recommended this product my mood swings, power surges(hot flashes), and levels of irritability have been reduced dramatically. I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it to any women suffering from the discomfort of menopausal symptoms.
