This evening primrose oil has helped me with my breast tenderness and my dry skin which I developed during menopause. My doctor prescribed them for me. I take one every day and my skin has improved, it is not so flaky. I recommend this highly.
It helped me

I started to take it for my dry skin in the winter time. I did notice that it was helpful. Then summer came and I quit taking it and all of a sudden, I was having hot flashes that no air conditioner was going to help. I started to take Evening Primrose oil again and my hot flashes, while not completely gone, were not as bad or as often.
Hot Flashes Be Gone!

When I first started going through menopause, I asked the owner of my local health food store if there was anything I could take for the terrible hot flashes I was having and she suggested Evening Primrose. What a lifesaver this is. I no longer have hot flashes thanks to this wonderful product.
