I was referred to this product at a store that charged me way over a normal cost for this(about 47.00), now that I explore websites. I have taken this vitamin and feel no different. I am still fatigued, I still feel as I did before I started the vitamin. Maybe I haven't been taking it long enough but I don't want to waste my money on something that is not going to work. I guess I am off to the professionals to see what they think.

Three months ago, I started a regimen that includes Country Life Realfood women's vitamins. I had resolved a health issue over a year before starting the regimen, but I still felt tired and listless all the time. I'm now feeling better than I have in four years.

These are whole-food vitamins, not synthetics, and are easily absorbed. They also count as two servings of vegetables!

Feel great - lots of energy. You can take them on an empty stomach because the vitamins are food, and I would highly recommend this product to all women.
