Growing Women, Different Needs

Now that I am in my mid-twenties, I needed to change some of my daily intake. I used to use another source of multi-vitamin/nutrients, but I decided I wanted a more complete tablet for my changing needs. Eve - Women's Multiple contains many important nutrients in amounts suitable for women over 20. Some of the key ingredients include:
-Natural d-salina Betatene (vitamin A)
-B-vitamins (B-3, B-5 & B-6)
-Calcium ascorbate (vitamin C)
-High potency folate/folic acid
-Ferrochel iron bisglycinate (which is gentle on the stomach)
I know that I was seriously lacking an adequate amount of most of these nutrients. By taking 3 tablets of Eve daily, I am easily reaching my daily needs now. The tablets are moderate sized, so they can be a hassle to swallow, but they didn't trigger my sensitive gag reflex - so it wasn't too bad. I think this is a great product for mature women.

Good multi-vitamin but hard to swallow

I used to take these, and they are good vitamins especially for the low prices you can get them for online. However, I found them to be a little too big which made it hard for me to swallow 3 a day. Now Foods has started making Eve-Women's Multiple VCaps which have all the same vitamins and they are much easier to swallow. I do have to take 6 of the VCaps instead of 3 like these. It's worth it if you have trouble swallowing tablets. If you can swallow tablets easily then these are definitely worth getting .

I never eat right

I never eat what I'm supposed to so I like the fact that this balances my diet out. I went to the doctor and I had low levels of iron because I avoid meat as much as I can. When I looked for a vitamin I found this because it was a decent price and I liked the description on the bottle. I went back to the doctor for another check up and my iron levels are better than before and I haven't changed my eating habits (although maybe I should). If you are looking for something to help you get what you need, I highly recommend this product.
