I tried this product because I was curious about the time-release part of it. I found it to be no better than any other vitamin for a lot more money. I do believe it is a good vitamin, but I think you can get just as much out of a regular vitamin that is not so called "time released".... and for a portion of the cost.

I was really in the market for an all-in-one multi-vitamin/mineral and decided on the Mega Vita Min supplement. It's great because it boasts over 50 active ingredients - which is what I really needed, something to cover all my basis. The tablets have the benefit of a time release, which is great for the body because it can focus it's attention on each nutrient, as opposed to having to digest them all at once. This is a great product for the growing women.
