I went to the doctor last year and he told me I should take a Multi Vitamin daily. He didn't say a specific kind or anything. Womens exclusive formula has all the vitamins that I need in my body a day. These vitamins are easy to swallow and are odorless. I will continue to take these daily as long as I live. I highly recommend these to every women out there that should have vitamins daily.

A month ago, my doctor recommended that I take a multi-vitamin daily, but he didn't recommend a specific brand. Since I am a woman, I decided to take this Women's Exclusive Formula. I take it twice daily and haven't noticed any side effects. I skip meals a lot, so I thought this would be the best way to get all the necessary vitamins my body needs.
